I'm a lawyer but the purpose of this blog is NOT to dispense legal advice or promote the practice of law in any way. The real purpose is so that when observations or opinions pop into my head that I think are worth saving I can jot them down, store them, and publicize them in an organized fashion. The topics are entirely subjective based upon what has my attention at the given time. I tend to shift around a lot and then come back to certain topics again and again. If there's something you'd like to see me talk about let me know. If you would like to write a guest blog please submit your ideas.

Have been looking but don't see any new posts, so I guess this is an abandoned blog, and thats a shame. Was hoping to read more, you have an interesting, insightful take on things; and I haven't met anyone under the age of 40 who has read Plato :) (you look about 30). Will check back now and then.
